搭頁機

　　有真空分帖和叼牙分帖兩種分帖方式，對有長短邊和無長短邊的書帖均能適應。

　　氣量調節、擋規調節設在機器外部，不停機就可調節。

　　存帖臺上設有光電識別裝置，對錯帖進行跟蹤顯示，并停機。

　　Section Feeder

　　Signatures with high or low folio lips can be processed, and processing signatures with either vacuum or gripper openings.

　　Air supply and register side guide can be adjusted during operation, ensuring fast and simple operation.

　　 A photoelectric detector on the signature table tracks and shows wrong signatures and rejects them without stitching.
 

 

　　折搭機

　　在機器裝訂過程中可不停機調節折痕壓力大小、書帖歪斜、吸氣和吹氣狀況。

　　設有缺帖檢測設備，可對缺封面的書刊不訂并剔除。

　　紙臺處設有橫向和縱向微調裝置，便于對折頁位置進行調節。

　　折搭機的選用可用旋鈕來控制，操作方便。

　　Cover Feeder

　　Scoring pressure, signature skew, suction and air supply can be adjusted during the production run.

　　Equipped with missing signature detector, cover missing products are reliably ejected.

　　Fold position can be adjusted by horizontal and vertical inching switch on paper table.

　　Selection of folders can be controlled by simple operation on switches.
