BYK Semi-automatic Flexo Printing Slotting Die-cutting Machine
特點：
v 采用鏈條式送紙
v 可一次性完成水性印刷、分切，壓痕，開槽切角工序
v 相位電動調整，自動歸零，自動復位
v 各連接部自動鎖定，電動分合

Features:
v Feeding by chains.
v Able to print, slit, crease and flap cut in one pass.
v Motorize adjustment of phase, automatic zero setting, and automatic reset.

送紙部：
v 鏈條送紙。
v 送紙輪間隙通過渦輪箱手動調整，調整范圍0-11mm。
v 機組移動伴隨警鈴提示，保證工作人員安全。
v 自動計數
v 主面板上裝有急停控制按鈕。
Feeding Unit
v Chain feeder.
v The clearance of feeding roller is regulated by hand and the scope is 0-11mm.
v Each unit separation and incorporation is motorized. When the machine is separating or incorporating, an alarm bells to make operators safety.
v Automatic counter for controlling output.
v Emergency switch on the main controlling panel.
v 印刷輥：采用優質鋼材，表面經研磨，鍍硬鉻。
v 快速換版裝置，可360度調整。
v 設有腳踏開關（可正反轉），方便裝卸印版。
v 送紙輪，壓印輥間隙手動調整，刻度盤顯示。
v 橡膠輥：選用優質鋼材，表面覆蓋進口優質耐磨橡膠。
v 印刷部相位電動行星輪調整，刻度盤顯示調整量。
v 印刷輥橫向手動調整距離20mm。
Printing Unit
v Printing roller: The roller is made of thick steel board and its surface is plated hard chromium after it is grinded.
v Quick hanging forme device. And 360 degree adjustment.
v A switch regulated by feet makes the roller turn clockwise and anticlockwise. So it is convenient to load and unload the forme.
v Adjusting clearances of feeding wheels and impressing roller manually and dial displays.
v Rubber roller: Adopting high quality steel pipe and is covered by imported anti-abrasion rubber.
v Regulating printing phase position is motorized by planetary gear system and dial displays.
v Manual transversal adjustment of the printing roller covers 20mm.
Ⅰ型開槽部（電動開槽部）：
v 開槽相位360度，電動行星輪調整。
v 開槽后刀360度，電動行星輪調整。
v 電動聯動調整紙箱開槽間距和壓痕間距。
v 選用優質7mm厚開槽刀，鋸齒形刀刃，保證使用壽命和開槽質量。
v 可選配打孔，打扣手裝置。
Slotting Unit of modelⅠ(Motorized)
v Regulate slotting phase in 360 degress with planetary gear system.
v Regulate back slotter in 360 degress with planetary gear system.
v Adjust the clearances of slotting and creasing in line by motor.
v Thickness of the alloy steel slotter is 7mm.And the hackle blade can prolong its using life and keep perfect slotting effect.
v Optional equipment—the punching device.
Ⅱ型開槽部（手動開槽部）：
v 開槽相位360度，電動行星輪調整。
v 箱寬、箱長（軸向移動）手動調整。
v 選用優質7mm厚開槽刀，鋸齒形刀刃，保證使用壽命和開槽質量。
v 可選配打孔，打扣手裝置。
