Global publicity plus invitation of buyers assures great success
The global publicity for All in Print China 2006 is coming to an end as the event approaches. In retrospect of the publicity campaigns carried out around the world, including setting up All in Print China 2006 Information Desk and holding Reception Luncheon at drupa 2004 in Düsseldorf (May 6-19, 2004), making joint promotion efforts with drupa at Print 05 in Chicago (September 9-15, 2005), setting up All in Print China Information Desk and visiting key exhibitors and associations at the Eighth World Printing Congress in Cape Town, South Africa (January 24-26, 2005), sponsoring the Seventh World Printing Annual Summit Meeting coupled with All in Print China 2006 Presentation in Shenzhen and Singapore (March 11, 2005), holding press conference in Beijing (May 2005), and delivering key note speech at the Seventh FAGAT (Forum of Asian Graphic Arts Technology) Annual Meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (March 11-13, 2004), all these highly effective promotional activities carried out on a global scale have attracted a huge number of foreign visitors and visitor groups from more than twenty countries and regions, including Germany, Italy, USA, UK, Japan, South Korea, etc. In addition, more important publicity work is upcoming at IPEX in Birmingham, United Kingdom (April 4-11, 2006) and labelshow in Russia (April 11-14, 2006), presenting All in Print China to industry professionals from all over the world.
Currently, All in Print China organizers are working hard to advertise the event in the industry through direct mails, E-newsletters, SMS, gift tickets, etc. According to the organizers, visits to the official website of All in Print China (www.allinprint.com) is now rising all the time, including continued increase in average browsing time per visit, average page viewed, and average return visits. Online pre-registration of visitors is going well under way, covering 47 countries and regions. Top five sources of pre-registered visitors are USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, and Italy. Most of the pre-registered visitors are decision makers of their companies, including CEOs, production supervisors, operation and marketing directors, and technology directors. Lucky draw (Prize: iPod) for trade visitors with results announced online also fully promotes the interest of visitors and buyers. In addition, organizers go out of their way to extend individually tailored invitation to VIP oversea visitors and buyers, receiving very positive responses.
DM Corner – First Close Cooperation between the China DMA and All in Print China
(DM Corner incorporated with China DMA)
During this All in Print China, a special DM (Direct Marketing) corner will be launched in W1 Prepress Hall, which once again highlights the core theme of the event: the Creative & Value-added Printing Solutions. The special zone includes DM professional forum, DM software and digital printing equipment exhibition, DM database marketing exhibition, and DM products on-site demonstration, with many famous domestic digital printing companies presenting their personalized and customized postal services solutions. Indeed it will be one of the most attractive zones at the coming event, and marks the first close cooperation between China DMA and All in Print China.
As a conventional marketing method, DM has gained strong momentum of growth in China with the development of digital printing and database technologies as well as the one-on-one marketing concept, growing at an annual rate of about 60%, promoting the market demand for personalized DM print matters and variable-data printing, offering great market opportunities in the field of digital printing technologies. The new special zone and the forum have gained full support from China DMA, embracing the concept of All in Print China: the Creative & Value-added Printing Solutions.
Starting from March 7, All in Print China organizers will work with major exhibitors to hold itinerant press conferences in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, etc. It is reported that the press conference in Guangzhou on March 7 will be the first joint presence between Messe Düsseldorf China Ltd (MDC), one of the organizers, and China Direct Marketing Association (DMA) since the official signing of the cooperation agreement. Also joining in the press conference promotion efforts are some of the top DM market leaders: HP and Kodak, presenting a future trend of growing personalized printing in the form of direct marketing. Mr. John Van Fleet, Vice Chairman of China DMA, and Mr. Li An, Secretary General of China National Technology Committee For Printing Standardizations (CNTCPS), and senior management from HP and Kodak, will interact and communicate with industrial colleagues and media reporters at the conference.
The 2nd All in Print China with enriched highlights to be held in Shanghai will become a meeting point for all colleagues in the printing industry from worldwide, and a true festival of global printing professionals!
